McFarland works with federal, state, and local government agencies; nonprofits; community and faith-based organizations; minority and minority-serving institutions; federal and state grantees; associations; and private-industry clients. We perform under contracts, grants, IDIQs, purchase orders, and other procurement vehicles. 

Our Focused Work Areas

McFarland delivers comprehensive services across three work domains:

The African American Health Program (AAHP) works to eliminate health disparities and improve the number and quality of years of life for African Americans and people of African descent in Montgomery County, MD.

McFarland McFarland staff implement the intervention and services for adults of African descent with type two diabetes, and their adult family members who live in the Montgomery County Maryland area.

Case management is a method of providing services whereby the McFarland professional assesses the needs of the client, and the client's family/caretaker when appropriate, and arranges, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, a package of multiple services to meet the specific client's complex needs.

The McFarland Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to helping national, regional, and community-based organizations develop and apply meaningful solutions to critical problems facing individuals, families, and communities.
